Welcome to GameZone Expo. By accessing and using our website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). 3. Ticket Purchases and Refunds

All ticket purchases for GameZone Expo events are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. Prices for tickets are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any ticket purchase at our discretion, including but not limited to situations where pricing or product information is inaccurate, or where we suspect fraudulent activity.

Refund policies vary depending on the type of ticket purchased and the timing of the refund request. Generally, tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled. In the event of cancellation, you will be notified via the email address provided during purchase, and a full refund will be issued within 14 business days. Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by GameZone Expo, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services, except as necessary to use the Services for their intended purpose. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

5. User Accounts

8. Event Conduct and Safety

Attendees of GameZone Expo events are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner at all times. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove any attendee from the event without refund if they engage in conduct that violates our code of conduct or poses a safety risk to others.

For your safety and the safety of others, please follow all venue rules and instructions from event staff and security personnel. GameZone Expo is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during the event. By attending our events, you assume all risks associated with attendance and participation in event activities, including but not limited to VR and AR experiences.

9. Third-Party Links and Content

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources that are not owned or controlled by GameZone Expo. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that GameZone Expo shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Australian Capital Territory, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA).

You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, for any actions for which the parties retain the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction. The prevailing party in any legal action related to these Terms shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services or contact us to request account deletion. However, termination of your account does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination.
